Access to Revise MRCEM material is granted under paid subscription terms. Each user is responsible for keeping login credentials secure and ensuring only they use the account unless otherwise authorised.

Question bank content may not be reproduced, copied, or shared outside of the platform. Any unfair attempts to capture content (screenshots, recording, etc.) may lead to access being limited or revoked.

We reserve the right to update content, pricing, and features, and any changes are published via the dashboard. Subscription cancellations outside of the stated period may still incur charges as outlined in your membership summary.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Revise MRCEM question bank and related services (“the Service”), operated by Revise MRCEM (“we”, “us”, “our”). 3. Subscription & Access

Access to the question bank is provided via a paid subscription. Subscriptions are non-transferable and intended for single-user access only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access if misuse is detected.

4. Prohibited Use

You must not, directly or indirectly:

Share your subscription or login credentials with any other person.
Allow others to access the content using your account.

Take screenshots, screen recordings, photographs, or print any part of the content.
Download, scrape, or store content using automated or manual methods.

5. Suspicious Activity & Account Termination

We actively monitor usage patterns to protect our intellectual property. If we detect suspicious activity (account sharing, excessive IP changes, or scraping attempts), we reserve the right to immediately block or terminate your account without notice and refuse refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including questions, answers, explanations, and images, is the exclusive intellectual property of Revise MRCEM. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or rights to reproduce any content.

8. Examination & Outcome Disclaimer

9. Payments & Refunds

All subscription fees are displayed before purchase. Refunds are not provided once access has been granted, except where required by UK consumer law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
